Shipping Policy
Stands Out will assign a shipping provider based on the size and weight of your total order. This will usually be Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or a courier from the APC network.
Please note that delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Jersey, and Guernsey may incur additional shipping charges not initially calculated at checkout. These charges will always be communicated directly to the customer before shipment, allowing the customer the opportunity to decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
In some cases, your order may be shipped from multiple locations and delivered in multiple parcels.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day. Orders placed during a bank holiday will also be processed on the following working day.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
