Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and complete with its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost unless otherwise stated (e.g. if the item is faulty or incorrect). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Guarantee
If your product develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to assist.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear. The warranty applies only to defects arising from the manufacturing process under normal, intended use.
