Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase inside the parcel.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as earrings and similar sealed items cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty. Personalised products are pre-made with specific names, not custom-made to order, and are therefore covered by our standard returns policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. We may ask for a photograph so we can assess the issue quickly. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund without delay.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Guarantee

If your product develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We’ll be happy to review and resolve the issue.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
