Products

We design, source, and sell small gift items and accessories, many of which are pre-personalised with common first names. These are not made to order, and slight variations in colour, finish, or packaging may occur.

All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. While we aim for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors before dispatch. Should a pricing or description error occur, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards, along with other secure payment methods offered via our checkout.

Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase goods from us. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g., an item is unavailable or a pricing error is found), we will contact you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Estimated delivery times and options are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, the goods become your responsibility upon delivery to the specified address.

Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as earrings) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stands Out Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. All goods are designed as light gift or accessory items for personal use only.

Governing law

These terms and any disputes arising under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
