Shipping Information

UK delivery services

• Standard UK: Royal Mail or equivalent. Typical transit time: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
• Express UK: Tracked service. Typical transit time: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or adverse weather.

International delivery

We ship to selected countries via trusted postal partners. Transit times vary by destination. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are payable by the recipient.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service selected. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable before you complete payment.

Order tracking

Tracking is provided for tracked services and will be emailed when available. Standard services may not include end‑to‑end tracking.

Delivery issues

• Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address carefully. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• Missed delivery / non‑collection: If a parcel is returned to us, we can resend it (postage may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping fee.
• Late or missing orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll liaise with the carrier to resolve it.
